This blog is dedicated to the proposition that healthy diets and exercise  are key to a long happy life. Healthy diet foods and supplements are certainly important as well. We are especially interested in the recent influx of excellent healthy bars and shakes into the market that are high in protein and very low in carbohydrates and fat.

 The key to using healthy bars or shakes as meal replacements is diciplin and routines. As you may know, frequent and light meals are the key to any successful diet. It does absolutely no good to starve your body. What any smart dieter does is create a diet regimine that feeds the body regularly with high quality, healthy foods that promote minimal fat production yet provide good caloric energy to the body.
